You can add the Feet alignment jig and/or the Corner Jig to any size.
Once again, I’ve made a tool for myself and am now offering it to you. I made MANY test units and made a lot of grooves with them. I settled on what you see in the photos. I will also give you VERY detailed instructions on how to be successful with this jig. I feel like there are a lot of minor details that need to be pointed out to take complete advantage of this system. If you are new to offering juice grooves this jig and my detailed information will help you.
Made from ¾” Baltic Birch. It’s very sturdy and hefty material.
Don't forget to add on the jig to help you place feet on the cutting board. With it, you can quickly, and easily, mark your board in the precise location for your cutting board feet. See photos on the listing!
It will also handle a board thickness of ¾ up to around 2”.
Includes: 4 Juice Groove Jig Boards, Spacer Material, 4 knobs, and detailed instructions.
I will also be offering several options for the spacers that come with jig. Spacers? Well, if you put the jig together and insert a cutting board you will quickly find that your router would make the groove several inches from the outside of the board. Not good. Insert a wood spacer between the cutting board and the jig and it will allow your router to cut the groove more to the outside. The size of the spacer is important due to your preference and router plate size.
If you don’t know your size don’t worry. I’ll ship you a piece of stock that you can cut to size. You may need to provide your own spacers depending on your situation.
If you want me to pre-cut your spacers to something specific just message after purchase.
